Preventative dental care is the cornerstone of oral health. Routine dental visits are the best way to keep your teeth and gums healthy and reduce long-term dental care costs.

Teeth in a day
“All-on-4″ or “teeth in one day” is the ideal treatment for:
- Patients without teeth
- Patients who have existing teeth that are compromised due to gum disease or cavities.
- Patients currently wearing ill-fitting dentures that require adhesives and cause constant sore spots
The all on four procedure requires a specialist to place a minimum of 4 dental implants. Dr. Azarnoush then places a “fixed” or permanent bridge that connects to the implants. Because the bridge is fixed, it is only removed for a yearly cleaning maintenance.
One of the biggest benefits of this procedure is that at the time of implant placement, the patient is able to walk out of the appointment with teeth! The patient also regains up to 90% chewing capacity as compared to traditional dentures, which only regains 10-15% chewing capacity. With the “All-on-Four” technique, the top bridge is shaped like a horseshoe so the roof of the mouth is not covered which greatly improves taste. Dr. Azarnoush works closely with great surgeons and a specialized dental lab that ensures a beautiful outcome. This is a life changing procedure, and with Dr. Azarnoush’s expertise, the results are phenomenal.
Cosmetic dentistry: Your smile is a confidence booster in many areas of day-to-day life. Cosmetic dentistry can offer conservative options to improve and enhance a smile.
- Venus in-office whitening
- Veneers are a great option to close small gaps between teeth, repair and restore fractured teeth or to cover superficial staining on the enamel surface.
Invisalign is an alternative to conventional braces. There are no metal wires to tighten or bothersome brackets but rather the clear aligners are changed out approximately every two weeks until treatment is complete. Because the aligners can easily be taken out, maintaining good oral home care is easy and you can still eat your favorite foods.

The health of your gums has direct relationship with the rest of your body. Periodontal disease (also known as gum disease) is an infection of the gum and bone that holds teeth in place. It is often painless, which makes it difficult for patients to be aware of the disease. Untreated gum disease can lead to bad breath, bleeding, pain, swelling and eventual tooth loss. The good news is that periodontal disease often can be treated in the early stages.
Dentures and Partial Dentures
Our goal is to preserve your natural teeth for the rest of your life. For some patients, there comes a time when the best course of action is to remove teeth and replace them with either a partial denture or a full denture. The replacement of missing teeth will benefit your appearance and your health.
At Mosaic Dentistry, we want to ensure all of our patients are comfortable when receiving their dental treatment. For the patients who have anxiety, sedation dentistry may be a great option. We offer nitrous oxide “laughing gas”, oral sedation, and IV sedation. Dr. Conley or Dr. Azarnoush will meet with you to discuss what option would be best suited for your treatment needs.
Most dental emergencies are unexpected and can cause pain, which results in missed time from work or school. The good news is that dental emergencies can be avoided by regular dental check ups and preventative care. At Mosaic Dentistry, we schedule dental emergency patients as soon as possible so that the doctors can evaluate and alleviate any discomfort. Emergency care can include:
Tooth removal (extractions)
Root canal treatment
