Meet the Team at Mosaic Dentistry

With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Lexi has been an integral part of our practice since 2019. Her career began as a dental assistant, and after more than a decade of hands-on patient care, she transitioned into leadership roles in administration and operations.

Lexi is passionate about helping patients navigate their dental journeys, ensuring they have access to the treatment they need through financial solutions and seamless coordination with other healthcare providers. She takes pride in seeing the transformative impact of dental care on patients’ lives.

Outside of the office, Lexi enjoys attending concerts, watching live sports, and spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.

Alyssa became a part of the Mosaic Dentistry family in 2021, bringing a strong background in both dental hygiene and psychology. Her dual degrees allow her to take a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on both oral health and overall well-being.

She enjoys the strong sense of community within our practice, taking the time to build personal connections with her patients. Alyssa is dedicated to providing thorough, comfortable cleanings while educating patients on the best ways to maintain lifelong oral health.

When she’s not brightening smiles, Alyssa enjoys baking, outdoor activities, and making memories with her husband and three daughters.

Annissa has been part of Mosaic Dentistry since 2014 and is known for her warm personality and ability to ease dental anxiety. She takes the time to get to know each patient, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

She believes that a dental office should feel like a second home, where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable. Annissa finds great joy in helping patients overcome their fears and leave with newfound confidence.

Outside the office, Annissa enjoys reading, working out, and embracing all things sparkly, pink, and glittery. She also has a special love for cute and quirky animals like armadillos and opossums!

Ryan is a transplant from the glitz of Tinseltown and now is proud to call Round Rock home. Ryan is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant who delivers compassionate, patient-focused care. He believes that trust, integrity, and genuine connection are the foundation of a positive dental experience. Passionate about educating patients on oral health, Ryan takes the time to listen, ease anxiety, and ensure every individual feels comfortable and cared for.

A graduate of Cal State University Pomona, Ryan brings both knowledge and energy to his work. Outside the office, he enjoys competing in endurance and Spartan races, traveling, and cheering on his favorite baseball teams. He’s also a fan of country music and loves exploring new places whenever he gets the chance.
