He didn't want traditional braces and sought our help to discuss options for a more discreet orthodontic solution that wouldn't interfere with his busy lifestyle.

Dr. Conley created a personalized treatment plan using Invisalign, a clear aligner system designed to gradually move teeth into proper alignment. The treatment involved:
- A custom set of clear aligners tailored to the patient's teeth
- Periodic progress checkups to ensure effective movement
- Treatment duration of 11 months for full alignment correction
- Fabrication of Vivera retainers
The Result
With Invisalign treatment, the patients teeth were perfectly aligned creating both function and esthetic harmony. Nightly wear of Vivera retainers will be essential to prevent relapse of teeth. The patient loved that Invisalign was easy and comfortable to wear and discreet. He is thrilled with his result from an aesthetic aspect and happily reports it's much easier to floss. Cosmetic Transformation with Veneers and Implant Dentistry
The Challenge
Undersized and missing teeth in the smile zone can impact function and esthetics in individuals. This patient was born with a congenitally missing left lateral tooth and a small right lateral tooth which made her self conscious to smile and even talk to people. She was getting ready to start her first year of college so she wanted a long-lasting, yet conservative cosmetic solution that would give a more uniform and vibrant smile.
The Solution
Dr. Conley recommended a single veneer to improve the tooth proportion of the right lateral tooth and a dental implant to replace her missing left lateral tooth. The treatment included:
- Referral to an orthodontist to align and position teeth in an ideal orientation
- Referral to an oral surgeon for placement of a dental implant
- Veneer on the right lateral tooth
- Implant and custom implant crown for the left lateral tooth
The Result
This patient had a renewed sense of confidence as she started her first year of college. Her smile was transformed using a predictable approach with high quality materials that will ensure a long lasting result. We loved taking this smile journey with her.
